In collaboration with design consultants HOT BLACK, McCormack completed two levels of speculative suite that mirrors the forward-thinking ethos of the building itself. Employing a serene and welcoming neutral palette, these spaces are flooded with natural light, creating an ambience that seamlessly integrates biophilic elements for a balanced indoor-outdoor experience.
A standout feature of these suites is the abundance of columns, which not only provide essential structural support but also enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and distinctive character of the building.
