Vemi and Charter Hall launched a collaborative suite that was swiftly acquired by SPP, leading to a transformation of their new office space at 150 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne CBD. Embracing a co-creative approach to support flexible working, the design draws inspiration from Melbourne's lush gardens, seamlessly integrating greenery, natural elements, and modern aesthetics. Warmth is introduced through the use of plywood, while exposed concrete adds a distinctive texture. The palette of sage and pale vermilion enhances the connection to nature, creating a harmonious environment that reflects both the vibrancy of the city and the tranquillity of its surrounding landscapes.
